煙臺經(jīng)海海洋漁業(yè)有限公司由中集集團、國豐投資控股集團、煙臺業(yè)達(dá)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展集團三方共同出資成立，位于山東自貿(mào)區(qū)煙臺片區(qū)。公司以創(chuàng)領(lǐng)中國現(xiàn)代海洋漁業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈模式為發(fā)展目標(biāo)，依托中集集團在海工裝備領(lǐng)域多年積累的設(shè)計建造及研發(fā)經(jīng)驗，借鑒國外現(xiàn)代漁業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)先進的商業(yè)模式，整合國內(nèi)外優(yōu)質(zhì)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈資源，組建全球深遠(yuǎn)海智能化海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)科研團隊，統(tǒng)籌打造“陸-海-島”一體化發(fā)展模式，帶動全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，推動海洋漁業(yè)向裝備化、智能化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化轉(zhuǎn)型升級發(fā)展。

       陸基種業(yè)儲備與積累了許氏平鲉、中國花鱸、虹鱒以及皺紋盤鮑等的種質(zhì)資源與育種技術(shù)，已擁有國家種業(yè)陣型企業(yè)、山東省水產(chǎn)種業(yè)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)、省級許氏平鲉省級原種場等研究和中試平臺。海上養(yǎng)殖計劃陸續(xù)投放坐底式深水智能網(wǎng)箱100座，單體網(wǎng)箱預(yù)計年產(chǎn)漁獲1000噸，重點打造深遠(yuǎn)海立體化、生態(tài)化、“類野生”養(yǎng)殖模式，構(gòu)建完善的“魚、藻、貝”立體養(yǎng)殖生物生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。依托海島資源及海洋牧場開展海島旅游休閑垂釣等文旅項目，逐步實現(xiàn)一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展。

       Yantai Jinghai Marine Fishery Co., Ltd. is jointly founded by CIMC Group, Guofeng Investment Holding Group and Yantai Yeda Economic Development Group in 2020, located in Yantai area of Shandong Free Trade Zone. The company aims to lead the whole value chain of modern marine fishery in China. Based on the design, construction and R&D years of experience accumulated by CIMC in the field of Marine equipment, combining lessons from the advanced business model of modern fishery industry abroad, and integrating first-standard marine resources domestically and overseas, the company sets up a global far-reaching intelligent marine industry development and research team. The company will develop an integrated development model of "Land, Marine and Island" segments in a coordinated manner, drive the coordinated development of the whole value chain, and promote the transformation and upgrading of marine fisheries towards equipment-oriented, intelligent and standardized.

       Land segment focuses on land-based seed reserves and accumulated germplasm resources and breeding technology of Scorpionfish Schussei, Chinese lateolabrax, Steelhead and original Rugosus Abalone, which has established research and pilot test platforms and achieved National Seed Formation Enterprise, Provincial Aquatic Seed Leading Enterprise, Provincial Scorpionfish Schusseus Seed Farm etc.. For Marine segment, 100 bottom-sitting deep-water intelligent cages will be put into production continuously, and the annual output of individual cages is expected to be 1,000 tons, focusing be on creating a deepwater large-scale, ecological and "wild-like" farming model, and building a self-healing biological ecosystem of "Fish, Algae and Shellfish". Relying on island segment resources and marine equipment, cultural tourism programs such as island tourism, leisure fishing will be gradually developed with integration development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries.
